JAM Toronto (formerly Toronto Sport and Social Club) provides co-ed and single-sex sports for those 18 years of age and up. Most members are in their 20s and 30s, but there is no age cap.
Ultimate
Where can you play ultimate (or, as some may call it, ultimate Frisbee) in Toronto? There are a few options. There’s at least one ultimate-specific league in Toronto, and other all-sport recreational leagues that offer Ultimate as an option. Most leagues tend to be co-ed. Enjoy!
Toronto Recreational Sports League (TRSL)
Toronto Recreational Sports League provides recreational sports in the Yonge and Eglinton community. Sports are co-ed, non-contact and self-officiated.
Toronto Ultimate Club (TUC)
The Toronto Ultimate Club organizes ultimate leagues and clinics throughout the year. TUC is a not-for-profit organization that has approximately 3000 members and supports all skill levels and genders.
