Soccer (or football, if you prefer): The beautiful game. If you’re seeking an adult recreational soccer league in Toronto, you’ve come to the right place. Below, we’ve outlined a number of recreational soccer leagues. Options range from those that are soccer-specific to all-sport leagues that offer soccer. Likewise, you’ll find indoor leagues (usually indoor turf fields) as well as outdoor play (turf or grass fields). Most leagues have a co-ed option (which tends to be more relaxed), and many are without referees (honour system – just have fun). We hope this list helps. Enjoy!
Extreme Toronto Sports Club (XTSC)
Extreme Toronto Sports Club was started in 2004 by ‘Toronto sports enthusiasts’ who decided they could create a better league than the ones they had played in.
JAM Toronto (formerly Toronto Sport and Social Club)
JAM Toronto (formerly Toronto Sport and Social Club) provides co-ed and single-sex sports for those 18 years of age and up. Most members are in their 20s and 30s, but there is no age cap.
Justice League Football (JLSoccer)
Justice League Football offers both indoor and outdoor soccer leagues as well as weekly indoor pickup games. Players must be 18+ years of age.
Leaside-East Toronto Soccer Club (LSC)
Leaside-East Toronto Soccer Club has leagues for soccer players of all ages. Indoor (gym) and outdoor leagues are available with games are played in Central-East Toronto. Soccer camps are also run by this organization.
Pink Turf Soccer League (PTSL)
Pink Turf Soccer League is a recreational soccer league for lesbian and lesbian positive women. Women of all ages, experience and athletic ability are welcome.
Soccerworld Polson Pier
Soccerworld at Polson Pier holds four year-round indoor soccer leagues for Men’s, Women’s, Coed and Youth at all skill levels. With two indoor pitches, Soccerworld is one of Toronto’s largest soccer domes.
The Hangar Sport & Events Centre
The Hangar at Downsview Park provides indoor Men’s, Women’s and Co-Ed soccer leagues.
Toronto Central Soccer Club (TCSC)
Toronto Central Soccer Club provides soccer play for women of all ages in a range of skill levels, from recreational to competitive. Individual and team registration is available. The leagues also hosts Women’s competitive and recreational soccer tournaments.
Toronto Recreational Sports League (TRSL)
Toronto Recreational Sports League provides recreational sports in the Yonge and Eglinton community. Sports are co-ed, non-contact and self-officiated.
