Softball/Slo-Pitch
Toronto has a wealth of softball and slo-pitch leagues for adults. If you’re looking to enjoy some recreational ball playing, we’ve compiled some league options below. Most leagues are co-ed. Enjoy!
Cabbagetown Group Softball Leagues (CGSL)
Cabbagetown Group Softball League provides softball for gay, lesbian and straight players free from discrimination of skill, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
Centennial Slo-Pitch League (CSPL)
Centennial Slo-Pitch League, based in Etobicoke, provides a mix of slo-pitch leagues for players 18 years and older: men’s, women’s, co-ed and men’s masters. Games are played in Etobicoke and Mississauga.
Go West Athletics
Go West Athletics (formerly West Toronto Sport & Social Club) provides various sports played in the West end of Toronto. In addition, the they also organize events such as volleyball tournaments, triathlons, curling bonspiels and more.
JAM Toronto (formerly Toronto Sport and Social Club)
JAM Toronto (formerly Toronto Sport and Social Club) provides co-ed and single-sex sports for those 18 years of age and up. Most members are in their 20s and 30s, but there is no age cap.
Jsport
Jsport provides co-ed recreational sports leagues (Floor Hockey, Softball) for young adults. While most players are Jewish between the ages of 20 and 40, all players are welcome to join.
Notso Amazon Softball League
Notso Amazon Softball League provides a positive and fun environment for lesbian and queer positive women in Toronto. Teams are created each season that balance out the skill level. More experienced players help out those new to the game in developing their softball skills.
Off Limit Sports
Off Limit Sports offers leagues, pick-up games, tournaments and clinics for a number of sports. Some are offered co-ed, while others are male or female only. Of special note, Off Limit Sports offers Trampoline Dodgeball.
Recreational Slo-Pitch Association (RSPA)
Recreational Slo-Pitch Association is a co-ed slo-pitch league in West Toronto for adults. New players attend open practices so their skill level can be evaluated. Games are played throughout Etobicoke and Mississauga.
Royal Canadian Baseball Association (RCBA)
Royal Canadian Baseball Association is a fun co-ed league that plays 3 pitch softball. Games are played throughout Toronto. New players contact the commissioner directly to be place on teams.
Scarborough Bluffs Slo-Pitch
Scarborough Bluffs Slo-Pitch promotes safe and friendly slo-pitch with games played in Scarborough. The league provides both Co-ed and Men’s play. The league is a member of NSA Canada and uses umpires that are NSA carded.
South Scarborough Softball League
South Scarborough Softball League is a co-ed slo-pitch league that emphasizes sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fair competition. Games are played in the mid-east area of Scarborough, with fully umpired games.
Willowdale Sports Club
Willowdale Sports Club plays softball games near Finch Station in the north end of Toronto. This co-ed league plays Sunday evenings and is for those of all ages (you’ll fine there are players from those in their late teens up to those in their 60’s).
